Terms of service

FlightFrame creates custom 3D flight-map artwork from the KML route file and details you provide. By placing an order, you confirm that you have the right to use and submit that material.

Custom orders and proofs
Each FlightFrame is made to order. After payment, we will prepare a design proof for your review. You have three days to approve the proof and may request one revision. Once a proof is approved, production begins.

Final sale and limited warranty
Because every FlightFrame is custom-made, all purchases are final sale and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges, except where required by law. FlightFrame provides a 30-day warranty for manufacturing defects. Contact us within 30 days of delivery if your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect.

Shipping
We offer free standard shipping within the United States. Orders ship within 3–5 business days after proof approval. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays.
