Refund policy

FlightFrame products are custom-made from the route file and design proof you approve. For that reason, all FlightFrame orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges, except where required by law.

Your FlightFrame is covered by a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, damage after delivery, or changes requested after proof approval. If your item arrives damaged or you believe it has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery through our Contact page.
